Inkle Weave partners with various schools, colleges, companies, and institutions and offers its expertise in diverse domains. It has a strong resource team that has rich experience in training, education, special education, specialized therapies, early childhood, child development, parenting concerns, counselling, staff development, and also in establishing special schools, remedial centers, and primary schools.
Inkle Weave’s team members can play the role of Consultants, Mentors, Trainers, Counselors, Implementation Partners, a combination of these, or in any other capacity, as appropriate for the project at hand. The projects can be ongoing or time-bound, based on the partner requirements.

Inkle Weave believes that the core of any educational system is the teacher. There is no more critical need in our dynamic society today than preparing teachers who understand the social, emotional, and educational needs of students. How can education focus on the inner qualities of a human being, the potential of which is seen in childhood? How can we empower teachers, who work within the system and find a gap in their ideals and in their practice? How can they be revitalized with the feeling that they hold within them the power to create a new world?
Inkle Weave trains on teaching practices which enrich the head, engages the heart, and enlivens (moves) the body. It is a gift to teachers who need to go on their own inward journey to work and bring their own flavour to the teaching. Our training transforms teachers into artists of education.

Inkle Weave recognizes that in today’s chaotic and unpredictable world, remaining emotionally healthy is as important as remaining physically healthy. Resilience and balance have become critical for coping with the manifold demands in this overwhelming environment. Whether busy taking care of the needs of others, or pushing ourselves to maintain pace in a hectic workplace, we often put our personal issues at the end of our to-do list.
Inkle Weave’s Counselors and Psychologists warmly receive their clients and provide one-on-one counseling and workshops on various emotional, personal, relationship, parenting, communication, anxiety, anger, grief and trauma. They also train leadership teams at companies on identifying people at risk for breakdown, suicide prevention and management, and basic counseling skills to handle crisis or confrontation.

Inkle Weave understands that parents wear multiple hats - provider, protector, guide, friend, and nurturer, and for a large part of the time, a discipline enforcer. In today’s context, with both husband-wife working, lifestyle complexities, an ecosystem inundated with electronic gadgets, fast food, demanding curriculum, and social stresses, life is not easy as a parent.
Inkle Weave’s Educators and Psychologists speak on oft-encountered parenting challenges through interactive workshops. They share various perspectives and strategies that help not just cope with these situations, but suggest ways to enjoy your growing child. They discuss individual experiences with regards to – child’s growth and development, attention seeking tendency, disciplining, social behavior, addiction of gadgets, and influence of social media, among many other concerns.
